The 10 Key Steps1) Consultation - Every business is different and every business owner has different ideas on how to best make their business successful. Some business owners view a website simply as another advertising tool. Some business owners look at a website as a potential means of expanding market share through eCommerce. Once we have a general understanding of how your business operates we can also make recommendations about capabilities that you may be interested in. 2) Preliminary Website building - After we have a grasp of your business needs, we then match your needs with our knowledge of the vast array of potential online benefits available. From their we construct a preliminary website that addresses your needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner. 3) Presentation - Once we have built the preliminary website to your specifications, we schedule a convenient appointment with you in order for you to view the website. At that time we will discuss the basic website and available options. 4) Adjustments - Naturally there will likely be adjustments made after the presentation such as selecting an alternate color scheme or adding a page to cover a new area of interest. By reviewing the site with you, we make sure that you get exactly what you want. 5) Confirmation of order - After we have confirmed that your preliminary website is just what you want, we proceed with processing your order paperwork. Your basic or enhanced package website will generally be completed in one or two business days. 6) Activation - Within 24 hours of completing your website, we will place all of your services online. This includes your domain name service (Your Business.com) and your email accounts. Enhanced services are available online immediately after your training. 7) Training - We will provide training for the person at your office who will be sending us regular content updates. Additional training will also be scheduled as needed for enhanced services such as online product orders, blogs, etc. 8) Content Updates - As your website content needs to change, we will make sure that your website stays up-to-date. 9) Quarterly Reports and Review - Each quarter we will provide you with website statistics which will make sure that you get the most out of your website. These reports will help you with areas such as understanding which pages of your website are most popular, recommendations for changes in the website, volume of "clicks", and profitability (for eCommerce websites). 10) Annual Client Review - We will schedule a meeting with you at least once per year to follow-up with overall changes in your business and industry.
