Bidding Process

Register

This bidding service requires that all service providers and repair customers be registered. This enables our software to keep track of repair bidding and who bids on what. It protects both Community Wheels Inc. as the bidding service providers and you as service providers and repair customers. Registration is simple and painless. Merely click on here [New Registration] or near the top or bottom of any bidding service page.

Bidding

To get a state and category list, click on here [Category List] or near the top or bottom of any bidding service page. Click on one of the categories you find interesting. This shows you a list of specific repair job postings. Click on the name of the repair job you'd like more information about. If you wish to place a bid, enter your bid in the box below the repair job, then just click on the place bid button nearby. We suggest that a good strategy is for service providers(s) to place the lowest bid you are willing to do this job or service for. Otherwise, someone may beat you out. Should someone underbid you, the system sends you an e-mail notification with a link back here to the repair job posting. Click on the link right in your e-mail message and you will be returned directly to the repair job posting. You can then decide whether you want to lower your bid.

Lowering Bids

To lower your bid, go down to the place bid input box below the repair job description and enter your new, lower bid.

Automatic E-mail

The system automatically sends the service provider (lowest bidder) and posting member (repair customer) an e-mail when the repair job posting ends. The service provider and member then are responsible for making their own arrangements to conclude the deal by completion or the repair job and payment. This bidding service merely offers a venue for setting up the transaction. We will not, and legally cannot, be held responsible in any way for any lack of performance by any and all parties. We simply provide a place that allows people to arrange for automobile repair service at a reasonable price. HOWEVER, do let us know of any problems. We can and will close the account of anyone who abuses our bidding service.
